Terms of Use — Kittenfield

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Kittenfield ("the app") is a set of short exercise sessions and a card game for wall bars / gymnastic ladders, made and operated by an independent developer (contact below), not by a company with a separate legal entity for this app. By downloading, installing or using Kittenfield, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian setting the app up for a child to use, "you" below means you, and you are responsible for that use.

The app and the account

Kittenfield is free to use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features at this time — if that ever changes, this page and the relevant app-store listing will say so clearly before anything is charged. You can use the app without an account ("try it" mode, progress kept on your device only) or create an account to sync progress across devices. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account. You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

Physical activity safety. Kittenfield's exercises and cards are performed on wall bars / a gymnastic ladder or similar equipment that you already own and install yourself — the app does not sell, ship or inspect that equipment. You are responsible for making sure it is correctly and securely installed, in good condition, and appropriate for the person using it, and for supervising children at all times while they're on it. If you or your child has a health condition that could make physical exercise risky, check with a doctor before starting. Stop any exercise that causes pain and use your own judgement about what's safe. Kittenfield is not a medical device and its content is not medical advice.

Acceptable use

Content and intellectual property

The exercises, activity cards, illustrations, video clips, the name "Kittenfield", and the app's design belong to the developer (or are used under license) and are provided for your personal use within the app only. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is." We try to keep it available and working correctly, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access — content is fetched from our server each time you open the app, and features, exercises or cards may be added, changed or removed over time as the library grows. Progress saved to an account is backed by a regular database, not a guaranteed permanent archive; keeping a personal copy of anything irreplaceable is on you.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kittenfield and its developer are not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from your use of the app or the exercises it describes, except where that liability cannot legally be excluded (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable law does not allow it to be limited). Use the app and its exercise content at your own risk and judgement.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time, from the app's Profile tab or by e-mailing us. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the app (for example, abusing other users, or attacking the service) — normally with notice by e-mail where practical.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
