Delete your account — Kittenfield
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This page is for Kittenfield — the wall-bars exercise and
activity-card app (Android and iOS, and on the web at
app.kittenfield.com), made by an independent developer. It
explains how to delete your Kittenfield account and what happens to your
data.
Delete it here
Sign in with the account you want to remove. It is deleted straight
away.
Your account has been deleted.
Your e-mail, password, progress and linked devices are gone from our server. You can close this page.
Other ways
- In the app: open Profile → Delete account and
confirm.
- By e-mail: write to
contact@kittenfieldkids.com
from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my Kittenfield
account". We delete it and reply to confirm, normally within a few days
and never later than 30 days. Use this if you have forgotten your
password or no longer have the app.
What is deleted
- Your account: e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash) and
display name.
- Your exercise progress and plans, and the wall / accessories you
told the app you have.
- The devices linked to your account and every signed-in session —
the app signs out everywhere.
- Pending password-reset and e-mail activation links.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Server backups. Our rolling database backups may still hold a
copy of the deleted data until they are overwritten, within 30 days.
They are used only to restore the service after a failure.
- Support messages. If you wrote to us through the in-app
support chat or by e-mail, that conversation is kept in our support
inbox. Ask in your deletion e-mail and we will delete it as well.
- Progress stored on your own device (the app works offline) stays on
that device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
We don't keep anything else, and we never sold or shared your data —
see the Privacy Policy.
